Our previous students:

“Access Accountancy taught me key skills such as communication, professionalism, confidence in the workplace and organisation in such a short space of time which really helped with my application.”

“I gained valuable experience in different service lines such as Audit, Accounts & Outsourcing and Tax which really helped me realise which service line best suit me. Without a second thought I applied to the school leaver programme straight after such a good week and now I am nearly 2 years in as an Audit and Assurance Associate and loving every minute! So grateful I had the opportunity to do Access Accountancy as I definitely wouldn’t be where I am today without such a valuable and eye-opening experience of what the workplace is like.”

Ellie-Mae Freeman
Audit and Assurance Associate

“I initially joined as I was looking to improve the quality of my future university applications by having some relevant work experience as I was interested in the financial sector. During the programme I was given insight into the variety and scope of the accounting industry.”

“I was given some first-hand experience in some of the day-to-day tasks and networked with individuals across the office. I also learnt about the different pathways into accounting. It helped me get my role now as I initially wasn’t interested in a school leaver programmes as I had been told previously university is the superior option, but this isn’t the case at all. It also provided me some basic knowledge and understanding of the industry which allowed me to be more prepared when I applied.”
