Quality Control Analyst (1678)

Role Responsibilities:

  • To assist with the ongoing QC reviews as agreed on the plan, ensuring that feedback recorded is accurate
  • To assist the Quality & Risk Manager with ad hoc QC reviews as and when required
  • To monitor and accurately log QC issues on the QC register
  • To assist with project work QC, like the Fee Audit
  • To gain a good understanding of MPC process to enable accurate QC reviews
  • To be able to produce MI reports from our CRM, Intelliflo Office to assist with data management
  • To plan and organise work activities to ensure targets and service standards are met
  • To identify and refer opportunities to improve working practices and/or risk management to enable improvements to be made
  • To file and/or store records and files in accordance with internal standards so they can be accessed and/or retrieved in an efficient manner
  • To ensure prompt and effective communications with internal/external contacts
  • To build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and key contacts.

Strong administration  skills and experience required, as well as reporting and MI experience. 

Would suit someone wanting to develop into a specialist administration role.
